Virtual Sessions are Based in San Francisco, California + Offered to Clients in Norcal & Socal. I am a licensed Psychotherapist, Clinical Social Worker & Integrative Coach, based in San Francisco, California. For 20 years, I have dedicated myself to the work of helping people in my community to live less stressful, and more deeply fulfilling lives.

I combine my rigorous clinical training with a wide breadth of life experience, to create transformational & healing sessions for adults + couples.

STEP 2: During this 30 minute call we will talk about what is bringing you/your relationship to therapy now, and we will discuss the work you are interested in doing in sessions together.
STEP 3: You can ask all of your questions about my style of therapy, my fee, and how to navigate your insurance plan to receive coverage for our sessions.
STEP 4: If we decide that we are a good fit to work together, we will schedule our first in-person session.
STEP 2: During this 30 minute experiential coaching call, we will dive into your dreams for yourself, plus the obstacles & stuck places that are getting in the way of living a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
