Meaningful Life Psychology
Designed for those seeking to make the most of their lives, their relationships, and their mental health. Meaningful Life Psychology is an approach to psychological empowerment that focuses on strengthening one's ability to live fully. Our clients are motivated individuals who have some experience with personal transformation (self-improvement) and are looking to remove obstacles that are getting in the way.

Common among these are stress, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Also common are marriage, relationship, family, household, and work issues. We have two program tracks, one for individuals and one for couples. We work with a limited clientele, which allows us to personalize every program. The most important step is finding a helping relationship that is the right fit for your needs and goals.

Best practices in mental health treatment are blended with positive, experiential, and meaning-centered psychologies to provide every client a unique therapy experience tailored to their needs.
Services
Having been trained in Clinical Psychology and having spent the early part of my career in hospital work, I respect the fundamental guiding modalities of psychology and believe in using the best practices based on research.
I've seen how successful people can become when these practices are tailored to include one's unique perspective of themself and the world.
Psychology today is more exciting and relevant than ever.
New technologies and treatments are proving to be extremely effective.
Helping people in these ways and being part of this field is a privilege beyond words.

When you become a client, a personalized program will be designed to meet your unique needs.
Based on what's important to you, as well as your personal information (history, social, physical, and psychological), treatment considerations, and preliminary assessments results, your program will be designed to maximize your desired results while taking into consideration how much time, energy, and cost work best for you.
Meaningful Life Psychology is an approach to psychological empowerment that focuses on strengthening one's ability to live fully.
We work with a limited clientele, which allows us to personalize every program.
Programs are designed to meet therapy goals while taking into consideration how much time, energy, and cost will work best for the client, or clients in the case of a couple.
When you become a client, we work with you to personalized your therapy into a program that will meet your unique needs and goals.
In your first session you will meet with a therapist to talk about the thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that are important to you.
The therapist will give you feedback about what you can expect from therapy and will answer questions you might have.
The therapist may recommend a different type of therapy than what we provide, and refer you to an appropriate practitioner, or in some cases may not recommend therapy at all.
We are committed to helping you create a life you love.
Instead of providing weekly therapy in a traditional model, we have created life-enhancing programs that celebrate the uniqueness of every person who walks through our doors.
