Effective therapy is NEVER one-size-fits-all, I take the time to truly understand and will carefully tailor therapy to your individual needs. If you are looking for someone to give you worksheet and homework assignments, I'm probably not who you are looking for. Existential crises can occur follow the death of a loved one, a diagnosis of an illness, a change in employment, the end/start of a relationship, a quarter/mid-life crisis, or the loss of a faith tradition.

However, I can provide you a superbill which allows you to seek reimbursement for out-of-network insurance benefits.
Reimbursement depends on your insurance policy and may not cover the full fee.
