I believe that no two people experience problems in the exact same way, so our work is based upon your individual needs. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities; however, the foundation of all my work is often times referred to as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where you can explore and resolve your feelings and experiences, without feeling judgment, blame, or shame. There are no right or wrong feelings - rather emotions and situations that we can work through together to resolve what you have identified as areas of focus.
