During our call we will talk about your situation, what difficulties you're experiencing, what you're looking for, and the work that I do. There is no charge for this initial conversation, and no obligation to schedule a session. These conversations generally last anywhere from 5 - 25 minutes. I do both short-term and longer-term work with people, and the length of time in therapy depends a lot on the kinds of issues you want help with.

This state is called "trance."
By shifting into trance, we enter a state in which we are more in touch with unconscious processes.
It is a state where deep learning, healing, and change are more available.
Stop smoking: 3 sessions total.
The first 2 sessions are focused on laying a foundation and learning strategies.
The 3rd session is the hypnosis, and it is scheduled on the day (or day after) your last cigarette.

We also focus on enhancing what is best in your relationship.
These conversations are a chance to get back in touch with the positive feelings which brought you together in the first place and to actively generate more of what is most loving in your connection with each other.
Through in-depth discussions we explore these issues from each person's perspective.
