Dr. Delores Jacobs offers organizational consulting and coaching services in 1:1 and group formats. Executive and workplace coaching services are available for chief executives and key team members, as well as members of boards of directors. Additionally, Team Coaching is available for small groupings or key partnerships (Board Chair - CEO, CEO - CFO, etc.).

Not-for-Profit rates are discounted as described below.
While insurance is not accepted, Dr. Jacobs will provide monthly insurance claim forms upon request for psychotherapy clients who may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.
While payment for coaching services is due at the receipt of each service, clients who have employer reimbursements available can receive a monthly statement of services for submission to their employer for reimbursement.
Dr. Delores A. Jacobs is a licensed psychologist (#PSY12342) with more than 30 years of clinical, academic, and organizational leadership and management experience.
Having been a successful clinical psychologist in private practice, a graduate level professor and research supervisor, a professional workshop trainer, facilitator and consultant, Dr. Jacobs has also been a well-known and respected nonprofit chief executive officer with 18 years of service.
She recently retired from her position as CEO and returned to the private consulting, coaching and clinical practice she loves.
